Appliance Trust Terms of Use
Appliance Trust is owned and operated by Appliance Trust management. These terms outline the conditions that apply when you use this website or book our services. By continuing to use the website or engaging Appliance Trust for service, you agree to these terms.
Service Call Fees and Information
When a service appointment is booked online, by phone or by email, Appliance Trust may require confirmation of the appointment, applicable service-call charges or a deposit. Any quoted fee, deposit or payment requirement will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed. Please review our Cancellation Policy for cancellation and rescheduling information.
Site Usage and Content
The website design, photographs, branding, written content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Appliance Trust. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark or other applicable laws.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Short-notice cancellations, missed appointments and specially ordered parts may result in applicable charges.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances of the appointment, payments already processed, work completed and parts ordered or installed. If Appliance Trust cancels a prepaid service that is not rescheduled or performed, the amount paid for that unperformed service will be refunded. Contact us regarding refund questions or payment disputes.
Warranty Information
Appliance Trust provides a 3-month warranty on covered appliance repairs. Coverage applies to the repair-related workmanship and parts supplied and installed by Appliance Trust as listed on the service invoice. It does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, external damage or a different component that fails after the original repair. Review our complete Warranty Information.
Changes to These Terms
Appliance Trust may update these terms when business practices, services or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted.
