Cancellation Policy

Information about cancelling or rescheduling an Appliance Trust service appointment.

Appliance Trust Cancellation Policy

Appliance Trust provides in-home appliance repair and installation across our service area. Because appointment times are reserved for individual customers and technicians may travel significant distances, we ask that you contact us at least four hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.

If you need to contact us outside our regular hours, please leave a voicemail or send a service message with your name, phone number and appointment information. We will use the time your message was received when reviewing the cancellation.

Short-Notice Cancellations

Cancellations, rescheduling requests or missed appointments within four hours of the scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee may reflect technician time, transportation and other costs already committed to the appointment.

If parts were specially ordered or acquired for an approved repair, the customer may remain responsible for non-refundable parts and related supplier charges. We will explain any applicable amount before processing it.
