Service enquiries
When you request service, we receive the contact details, address, appliance information and problem description you submit. We use this information to respond, arrange service and handle your enquiry. Our booking form uses Web3Forms to deliver submissions. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in the form.
Website measurement
Our website uses a separate first-party measurement system to understand page visits, referral sources, general device information and website actions such as booking and contact clicks. It uses browser storage for visitor and session identifiers. The measurement code does not intentionally record booking field values, full IP addresses or precise location. The hosting platform may supply approximate city, region and country information.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads automatically on public pages and uses cookies and identifiers to measure visits, pages viewed, general device information, referral sources and actions such as contact clicks and successful booking submissions. Google processes this data on its infrastructure, which may be outside Canada. We do not send your booking name, phone number, email address, street address or problem description as Google Analytics event parameters. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our Google tag configuration.

Browser controls
You can manage cookies and site storage or block analytics requests in your browser. Booking and other website features do not depend on Google Analytics. Browser restrictions and blockers may prevent some visits or actions from being measured. These controls do not delete information already received by Google or disable our separate first-party system.
